We want you happy with every plugin you buy. • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the plugin does not work as advertised. • Refunds are not granted for change-of-mind purchases or compatibility issues with non-supported server versions. • Refunds are processed via the BuiltByBit dispute system since payments happen there. • Once refunded, the related license is suspended.
